As a training group leader, Katie exhibited strong leadership, poise, insight, bravery, and poignancy.  I don’t experience that very often.

Terrific, beginning to end. The emphasis on being able to make mistakes — mistakes being explicitly invited actually, and acknowledged as both important and invaluable — was extremely helpful.
— Institute Participant
Effective, warm, thoughtful, skillful with containment, direction, and supportive structure
— Conference attendee
I continue to reflect on the training institute she offered, the sustained attention and guidance she brought to it, and the skill with which she guided us into relative depths of engagement. I was so impressed that in such a short time she was able to invite safety and intimacy, and that her strong stance allowed us to deepen both.
— Adam Benjamin, LCSW, Portland OR
